A Booty and Abs class targets the lower body and core, focusing on exercises to tone and strengthen the glutes, legs, and abdominal muscles. This class combines a variety of bodyweight and weighted exercises to sculpt and define these key areas, helping to improve both strength and endurance.
A Boxing group class combines cardiovascular exercise with boxing techniques to improve endurance, strength, and coordination. Participants practice punching drills, footwork, and core work, while also releasing stress and boosting overall fitness in a high-energy group setting.
A Mums and Bubs group class is designed for new mothers to get back into fitness while bonding with their babies. The class combines gentle exercises for strength, flexibility, and core stability, with baby-friendly activities incorporated for a fun and supportive workout.
